ZDATA achieves "ITSS Operation and Maintenance Service Capability Maturity Level 3" certification.
In June 2022, the Information Technology Service Branch of the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association organized the "Information Technology Service Operation and Maintenance Capability Maturity" compliance assessment expert review meeting. ZDATA, based on the maturity model standards, implemented the management of system operation and maintenance service capabilities, established comprehensive management systems for personnel, processes, technology, and resources, and effectively implemented them. After multiple rounds of reviews, leveraging the profound practical experience and technological expertise accumulated in the data center ITO operation and maintenance services, ZDATA successfully obtained the ITSS operation and maintenance service capability maturity level three certificate. ITSS, Information Technology Service Standard, is a set of IT service standards and methodologies developed under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Committee. It is formulated by the Information Technology Service Branch of the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association (ITSS Branch). ITSS comprehensively standardizes personnel, resources, technology, processes, and other elements of IT service products, having high authority and considered an important evaluation criterion for the domestic information technology industry. ITSS serves as a measure of the comprehensive strength of information technology service enterprises and also serves as a guide for companies to enhance their service capabilities.
The ITSS level three qualification certification audit covered aspects such as operation and maintenance service content, operation and maintenance service capability management, operation and maintenance service capability review, operation and maintenance service quality management, application of operation and maintenance tools, and personnel management. It thoroughly examined ZDATA's management processes and practical outputs in the field of information technology services.
