International Recognition, Advancing with Honor | ZDATA's Malaysia GP3 Project Awarded GreenRE Platinum Certification
Recently, ZDATA's GP3 hyperscale data center project in Johor, Malaysia, was awarded the GreenRE Platinum Certification. This achievement not only makes the project the first data center in Malaysia to receive this highest sustainability rating, but also sets a new record in the Malaysian data center industry by achieving a perfect score in the certification assessment.

Green Practices, Perfect Score
Established by the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia, the GreenRE certification is an authoritative green building rating system in the country, aligned with Singapore's "Green Mark for Data Centres" scheme. The certification evaluates projects across multiple dimensions including energy efficiency, sustainable site management, indoor environmental quality, materials and resources, and green policy innovation, subjecting participating projects to comprehensive and rigorous high-standard assessments. In terms of resource utilization and energy strategy, the GP3 project adopts a reclaimed water source and recycling system, utilizing recycled water entirely from two water treatment plants near the site, reducing dependence on traditional water resources. Meanwhile, the project actively implements green power strategies by introducing advanced closed-loop cooling technology, high-efficiency uninterruptible power supply systems, and optimized power distribution architecture. This promotes the deep integration of clean energy with high-performance computing scenarios, practicing green operational concepts through concrete environmental initiatives.
It is reported that the threshold for Platinum certification is 91 points, yet the GP3 project achieved a perfect score of 100 points to claim the top honor. This not only serves as an authoritative endorsement of the project's excellence in planning, design, technology application and operational management, but also demonstrates ZDATA's ability to transform years of accumulated expertise into global competitiveness. It marks that ZDATA has attained the capability to benchmark against top-tier international standards.
Deepening Presence in Southeast Asia, Expanding Global Footprint
Malaysia serves as a crucial pillar in ZDATA's global strategic layout. This prestigious recognition for the GP3 project has laid a solid foundation for the Group's further development in the Southeast Asian market. Looking ahead, ZDATA will continue to deepen its overseas strategic layout, collaborating with more global partners. By leveraging superior technology and services to empower regional digital economic development, ZDATA aims to contribute greater strength to the global digital economy wave.
