International Authority Certification +2 | Two ZDATA Data Centers Awarded Uptime M&O Stamp of Approval
Recently, two ZDATA data centers—Ulanqab AsiaInfo Data Port Park No. 1 AI Computing Center Building and Shanxi Province Datong Green Big Data Industrial Base Building No. 3—have successfully received the Uptime Institute Management & Operations (M&O) Stamp of Approval.

As a globally recognized authority in digital infrastructure, Uptime Institute’s Tier certification is the most trusted and widely adopted global standard for data center design, construction, and operation in the IT industry. The M&O certification focuses on evaluating the management level of data centers in actual operations, covering multiple dimensions such as operational management, maintenance processes, staffing, and training systems. It serves as an international “touchstone” for assessing whether a data center possesses the capability for sustained, stable, and efficient operation.
The successful attainment of Uptime M&O certification by both data centers reflects ZDATA’s long-term commitment to the digital infrastructure sector and its adherence to a “technology + operations” dual-wheel-driven strategy. It marks the high recognition by international authoritative standards of the project’s long-term investment and firm commitment in operational governance systems, process standardization execution, and operational resilience. This not only demonstrates ZDATA’s systematic capabilities in the field of data center operation and management—a robust practice centered on high standards, strong governance, and sustainable operation—but also sets a positive example for the high-quality development of regional digital infrastructure.
Looking ahead, ZDATA will continue to uphold the concept of high-standard operation, taking international authoritative standards as a benchmark. While continuously optimizing its operational management system and deepening technological innovation applications, ZDATA is committed to building a greener, smarter, and more reliable computing infrastructure cluster. With excellent management and operational capabilities, ZDATA will continue to empower customer development and lead industry progress.
