Recently, the 12th Strong Nation Intellectual Property Forum and the 7th Science and Technology Innovation Forum were grandly held at the China Workers' Home in Beijing. This year's forum centered on the theme “Intellectual Property Practices and Institutional Development in the New Era of Artificial Intelligence.” Attendees included Zhang Qin, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee and Academician of the World Academy of Nuclear Sciences; Shen Changxiang, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Pan Xinsheng, First-Level Inspector of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office; Li Qing, Vice President of the China Economic Reform Research Society; Hong Yongqing, Director of the Shanghai Office of the South-South Cooperation Promotion Association under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and renowned scholars from Peking University, China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai University, among others. Representatives from ZDATA, alongside prominent enterprises including JD.com, Gree, Chery, and LONGi Green Energy, engaged in in-depth discussions on the profound integration of artificial intelligence and intellectual property. Together, they explored how institutional innovation, technological empowerment, and global collaboration can foster a new intellectual property ecosystem that effectively protects original creations while promoting technological accessibility for all.
As an industry event held for 12 consecutive years, the National Intellectual Property Forum has become a highly influential communication platform in China's intellectual property field. This forum focused on artificial intelligence, bringing together government, industry, academia, research, and service sectors to further consolidate industry consensus, promote the deep integration of the intellectual property system with AI technology, provide strong support for China's high-level technological self-reliance and the development of new productive forces, and contribute to building a new intellectual property order with Chinese characteristics. During the award ceremony of the forum, ZDATA was honored as the "Leading Enterprise in Artificial Intelligence (Computing Power Group)" for its independent innovation achievements in the field of AI computing power infrastructure, marking the industry's authoritative recognition of the company's technical accumulation and practical results in the AI computing power domain.

As a digital infrastructure service provider, ZDATA places great emphasis on the development and utilization of patented technologies. In recent years, the company has systematically built an intellectual property management system and continuously increased investment in technological research and development. It has successively been approved as the Beijing Municipal Enterprise Technology Center and the Shanxi Provincial Enterprise Technology Center. To date, the company holds over 200 patents for inventions, utility model patents, and software copyrights, covering key technical areas such as energy conservation and consumption reduction in data centers, infrastructure, network security, computing power scheduling, and intelligent operation and maintenance.
